My name is Christoffer Kaltenbrunner. I'm a writer, yoga enthusiast and passionate lover of mindfulness.
Beginning in 2020, I'm on a mission to make the world a tiny bit better each day by helping people to live more mindfully.
I stumbled upon meditation five years ago and immediately noticed its benefits. Not only has it helped me realise that thoughts are not facts, but also to sleep better and become more creative. I'm currently working on my yoga teacher training as part of my mission.
When I'm not writing for Mindinary, you'll usually find me hiking, lifting weights, or reading a book. This page tells you what I'm doing in my life right now.
